All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product details, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment Terms
We accept payments through Cash on Delivery (COD) for local orders within Pakistan, as well as advance payment options available at checkout for both local and international orders.
- For advance payments, the order will be processed once full payment has been received. 
- For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected in full at the time of delivery.  

6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via third-party courier services. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by the courier. Any claims for damaged or delayed items must be taken up directly with the courier service. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds
Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms and applies to all purchases made through our website. Refunds are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing fault. Customized or engraved items are non-refundable.
